Access to paid features is granted after successful payment verification through our payment provider.

2. Refund Eligibility

Payments are generally non-refundable once access to the service has been granted.

3. Billing Mistakes or Technical Issues

If there is a billing mistake or technical issue, users may request support within 48 hours of the transaction.
